What materials are used in Shenmu pieces?

Shenmu pieces may include handcrafted incense beads, herbal-inspired beads, bodhi seeds, natural wood, crystals, natural stones, and selected metal components. Please refer to each product page for the specific materials used in that design.

Are all Shenmu pieces handmade?

Many Shenmu bracelets and accessories are assembled and finished by hand. Because natural and handcrafted materials can vary, slight differences in color, texture, pattern, shape, size, or surface appearance may occur from piece to piece.

Will my bracelet look exactly like the product photo?

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, natural stones, bodhi seeds, wood, and handcrafted beads may have individual variations. These differences are part of the natural character of each piece and are not considered defects.

How do I choose the right bracelet size?

Please measure your actual wrist circumference before ordering and select the corresponding size on the product page.

If your wrist measurement falls between two available sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Can I request a custom size?

If your wrist size is not listed on the product page, please contact us before placing your order. Depending on the design and available materials, we may be able to adjust the bracelet to your requested size.

How should I care for my Shenmu piece?

We recommend keeping your bracelet away from prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, excessive moisture, strong impact, and prolonged direct sunlight.

How long will the scent of incense or herbal beads last?

The intensity of a natural scent can gradually change over time depending on wear, storage, temperature, and humidity.

Keeping scented pieces clean, dry, and stored in a sealed container when not worn for an extended period can help preserve their aroma.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Customized, personalized, or size-adjusted items may require additional preparation time.

How long does international shipping take?

International delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, local carrier conditions, and seasonal shipping volume.

As a general reference, delivery may take approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on orders over US$59.

For orders below US$59, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customized, personalized, or customer-requested size-adjusted items are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly provided size.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
